HR & Admin Executive (Seberang Jaya, Penang)

Job Description

  • A mid-size professional Audit . Taxation , Secretarial Firm (Group of companies) located at Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang
  • 5 Working days / Week Job.
  • Basic Salary RM3200 - RM5000 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

2. Payroll and Compensation

  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance records and leave balances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other relevant statutory contributions.
  • Assist in processing salary payments and maintaining accurate payroll records.

3.Employee Relations and Welfare

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Maintain employee records and confidentiality of HR information.

4.Administrative Support

 

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Leave and Attendance Management
  • Monitor and record employee leave, overtime, and attendance.
  • Ensure timely submission and approval of leave applications.

5.Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records for audit and statutory purposes.

5. Other Duties

  • Provide support in ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as assigned.
  • Assist in training and development activities as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin functions.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport and willing to work at Seberang Jaya, Penang
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 1 full time vacancy available
