Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of Finance management closing and reporting ; (Financial Statements, Financial reports, Budget tax planning and Special Analysis Reports).
• Meet the timelines set by Management / HO.
• Provide guidance and lead the Finance team in development and implementation of finance, accounting (including SST) and auditing system / procedures.
• Oversee and approve the payment, accounting and other relevant process.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance of accounting, tax and GST act.
• Liaise with internal department, corporate office, bankers and auditors, company secretary and tax agents.
• Report to General Manager on monthly Financial Results and suggest improvement and control.
• Any other adhoc assignment delegated by the General Manager
