Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the secretary to the MD, managing schedules and appointments
• Draft and prepare letters, emails, and other correspondence
• Use AI tools and software to assist with document creation, editing, and translation
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and records
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Assist in other secretarial duties as required

Job Requirements
• Min SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related working experience
• Has knowledge / experience in dealing with secretarial duty
• Good command of English and Malay, with ability to do basic translation and letter writing
• Basic understanding of secretarial and administrative work
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Possess own transport and willing to work at Seberang Jaya, Penang
