Assistant Warehouse Manager (FMCG/Puchong)

Job Responsibilities:
• To supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control, quality assurance, space management logistics & shipping. Schedule and oversee laborers and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
• Manage and organize warehouse inventory, monitor stock levels and implement efficient storage solutions to optimize warehouse space and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries of stock, verify quantities and conditions of goods, and reconcile orders and inventory records in the database.
• Manage and verify transporter claims on a monthly basis, ensuring all claims are accurate, properly supported, and submitted within the required timeframe.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff in conducting monthly stock checks, ensuring accurate stock counting, reconciliation, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are properly received, accounted for, stored safely and securely, and dispatched efficiently to customers in accordance with warehouse procedures and delivery requirements.
• Provide backup and operational support for warehouse activities when staff are on annual leave {AL), medical leave {MC), or 0U1erwise unavailable, to ensure continuity of warehouse operation.
• Manage and safeguard company warehouse equipment and properties, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment, and coordinate the reporting and follow-up of any image, breakdown, or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain physical stock hygiene via performing FIFO and inform Depot Manager on the near expired stock all the time.
• Follow & comply return stock policy, ensure expired stock well manage physical & documentation.
Job Requirement :
• Diploma/Degree in Business studies or related field
• 5-10 years of working experience as Senior Executive/AM/Manager
• Working experience dealing with FMCG / F&B related is added advantage
• Ability to build productive business professional relationship
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Willing to work at Puchong
