Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Business development
• Drive the growth of the company's by identifying, targeting and acquiring new suppliers and business clients across Malaysia and the region.
  Connect with the customers/suppliers to establish good rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Manage and maintain the latest accurate information of customers and/or suppliers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
• Analyze the purchasing with consideration of cost efficiency and ensure that the business dealings are profitable.
• Conduct competitor analysis regularly to understand the current market developments and make comparisons to the company's services.
• Make recommendations on growth strategies, which include identifying and developing of new customer base in relevant countries, to improve the volume and profit margin of the business.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets within the given timeframe while ensuring all business development activities strictly comply with Company policies.

Skill Requirements:

• Able to converse basic English.
• Experience in Business Development within Industrial Sales, Electronics, Semiconductors, Manufacturing, Recycling is a plus.
• Energetic and willing to engage in field-based activities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Valid driving license.
