Job Description:

• Support the Managing Director in executing business priorities.
• Coordinate with department heads to track projects, KPIs and action items.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow up on deliverables.
• Ensure SOPs are updated and support process improvement initiatives.
• Act as the key liaison between management, factory and corporate teams.

Job Requirement :

• Degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Executive Support, Business Operations or Project Coordination.
• Strong command of written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint).
