Job responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers’ needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling and networking
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Monitor customers’ satisfaction
- Attend to all customers’ complaints and ensure that the complaints are followed through
- Gather feedback from customers and share the information with internal team
