Job Description
• Well established Personal Care product manufacturer
• Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah alam
• Basic Salary RM4000-RM7000 commensurate with working experience
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Write engaging marketing copy and captions
• Create and schedule social media posts, reels and short-form videos.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers and influencers (KOL/KOC) for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends and recommend creative marketing ideas.
• Support e-commerce and promotional campaigns when required.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Experience in content creation, copywriting and short-form video planning.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience working with KOL/KOC or influencers is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and able to work independently
• Willing to work at Shah alam
