Location: IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Salary

Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
Attendance Allowance: RM350/month
Transport Allowance: RM150/month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
• Support outlet opening, closing, and daily operational activities.
• Supervise staff during daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure products are prepared according to company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints.
• Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, stock receiving, and stock counts.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet presentation meet company standards.
• Learn outlet management functions, including cost control, sales analysis, and operational planning.
• Support company promotional campaigns and new product launches.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, retail, café, restaurant, or customer service environment.
• Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to learn and grow into an outlet management role.
