Basic Salary: RM4,000/month
Attendance Allowance: RM350/month
Transport Allowance: RM150/month

They are currently looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily store operations and drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower during operating hours.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage outlet operational costs, including manpower, inventory, wastage, and utilities.
• Ensure products are prepared according to company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
• Execute company promotional campaigns and support new product launches.
• Prepare operational reports and update management on outlet performance.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and customer service standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outlet, retail, F&B, or restaurant management.
• Experience leading and managing outlet staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of outlet operations, inventory control, and customer service.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
