Operation Manager F&B Chain Store RM20,000 PJ

• Fully in charge of Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of stores to ensure smooth, efficient, and stable operations.

• Implement, enforce, and supervise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with the company's service and food standards.

• Quality and Food Safety Control

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and disinfection regulations.

• Handle suppliers ( local & oversea )

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality control of all stores.

• People and Leadership Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and operations teams.

• Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of operations personnel.

• Financial and Cost Control

• Monitor and control operating costs, including food costs, labor costs, and spoilage.

• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement strategies to improve profitability.

• Business Growth and Expansion

• Support new store openings, including site selection, staffing, local council, documentation and outlet operational setup including renovation, furniture, kitchen ware & etc

• Collaborate with the overseas headquarters owner and senior management to develop expansion strategies and operational scaling plans.

• Implement best practices to support business growth while maintaining brand image.
