Job Description
Assistant Production Manager/ Production Executive
- Assistant Manager - Up to RM 5500 (Commensurate with exp. & qualification)
- Executive - Up to RM 4000 (Commensurate with exp. & qualification)
- To assist Management team in the daily production activities.
- To lead and manage subordinates in packaging activities in order to achieve the overall objectives as well as coordinate machine & equipment operations.
- To oversee production activities includes input & output, quality and meet customer delivery expectation.
- To evaluate production machinery efficiency and achieve production target.
- To monitor cutting and printing process and ensure accordance to SOP and quality.
- To maintain spare parts level for production.
- To handle production and process improvement activities.
- To perform preventive maintenance activities and TPM activities.
- To deal with customer issue related complaints and product.
- To lead in safety & health SHE activities.
- Waste water management.
- To work as a team to achieve company’s overall objective.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline preferably in Engineering
- Preferably 5- 7 years working experience for managerial and 2-3 years for Executive level.
- Must possess experience working in Production Environment as Production Executive / Assistant Production Manager Role.
- Computer literate
- Must be willing to work at Sungai Chua – Kajang.
- 1 Full time position available.
